Hospitals
On Wednesday I spent more time in a hospital than I have in the last 15 years of my life. This is because my wife had two cysts in her sinus cavities, one under each eye. She has been feeling one of them for about 4 and a half months until she has them removed. Before we figured out what was really wrong with her we went to the doctor and they diagnosed her with a sinus infection. Well that infection transformed into the previously stated cysts. Over then last 4 and a half months they grew to the size of large grapes.
As I said on Wednesday she had them removed and had some other minor things done that would help her breath better. The picture above is what she looked like after the surgery was done and we had returned to her parents house. For the first few days after the surgery she did not feel well, but after a phone call to the doctor we found out that the anesthetic would not wear off due that fast due to the amount of water she that she drank. Once she started to drink something else she started to feel better. So good in fact, that today I got her out of the house and we went for a nice little walk by the watter of Newport Harbor. The doctor has given her a number of rules that she has to follow. For a few weeks she can not blow her nose, etc. From here there is nothing that she can but just better.
humm...not my most fun day! But I sure am glad those grapes are out of my head. =) You have been amazing with all of this, I don't know what I would do without you! You have always been able to make me smile...even if I am about to go into surgery! I love you with all my heart!! =) Thank you for being my best friend, and finding the good and fun in everything!
